I skip the Tbsp of cream altogether, don't lose anything not having it in there, and I guess if you have a problem with butter being insulinogenic, could sub in coconut oil instead?
I also don't use Spenda so as to eliminate any maltodextrin type thing in there, just use few drops of Sweetzfree, and you come out with a nice hugely fat lil choccy/peanut butter treat
I divide the whole recipe into 6 muffin sized cups and came out with this for 1 PB Cup when I put it in FitDay:
Cal.....173.3
Fat.......32.8grams
Carb-Fibre..2.0-0.8=1.2 grams (some fibre in the chocolate and the peanut butter I reckon)
Protein......1.3 grams
