When you lowered carbs did you increase you healthy fat intake? I got the same way but once I increased my fat intake and settled at about 50 grams of carbs a day I felt fine. Roughly for every gram of protein, I eat 2 grams of fat and 0.5 grams of carbs. I don't follow this strictly or it I would go insane but as a general guideline.
