I don’t know about price but Publix is now carrying “RealGood” Keto prepared meals. Things like beef or chicken or cheese enchiladas, egg, cheese and sausage or bacon breakfast sandwiches with cauliflower crust. Unlike most prepared foods the ingredients are quite decent. Easy for a quick change or pace. I used to buy from Netrition all the time but haven’t been there lately. But I’ve been buying from Amazon since 1996 and that’s usually the first place I check. I also have a local natural foods store (called Grassroots Market) that carries a few decent Keto products.

For online I would also check out Thrive.
