Default Laura's Gym Log

I guess I should start this, I have been posting all my exercise in my journal, but this is a great place to do it.

Went to the Y 4 days this past week. Did 30 mins on the treadmill on the aerobic workout with the alternating incline. Highest was 12, lowest 2. This is a pretty good workout, I am sweating when I am done.

After I did this, I lifted weights. Alternated arms and legs each day. I am finally feeling after 2 weeks that I am making some progress. Hopefully it will continue. I am not looking to bodybuild, just tone up as I am losing.
