Default 27.5 lbs in 6 or 7 years

Well, I've been at this for 6-7 years and thought I should go weigh myself today -- something I do about twice a year. The last time I weighed myself I thought I was down a bit, however, I forgot to bring my reading glasses. So well er, I never did figure it out. I use the nurses office scale at work - I figure it's relentlessly accurate (It's also a good place to pick up latest low fat literature).

Anyway, today I could see that I finally slipped past my goal. Wow. Why didn't you guys tell me? If somebody had sold me on the Low Carb diet by shouting "Hey! drop 27.5 lbs in 6 or 7 years" I may not have tried it. (Also, if somebody had told me I would be eating saturated coconut fat, rendering my own lard, avoiding whole grains, I would have thought them nuts).
