Hi Chari. Just wanted to find someone who's enjoying the GI Diet, and could share ideas etc. I was on atkins, and lost some weight, no complaint there, but it's too hard to stick to when I'm so busy, and going out all the time. It's nice to find someone who's also eating this way. lol just didn't want to be alone while learning this. Tks for the answer, I'll continue to follow your site if that's ok.
