Reading and applying the helpful information I have read on this page I am happy to say that after 2 weeks there is already significant improvement. Mainly my digestive issues which have plagued me for 5 years are largely resolved! My clothes are looser - I don't get hooked on scales as this has been a negative in previous attempts. A healthy lifestyle is the goal here. I am enjoying having no cravings it is so liberating - many times I just have two meals and keep everything to around 20 carbs. On You tube I saw a lot of delicious recipes by 'Dot2trot' which is timely as boredom with food can blow it. Have sent for the Ketogenetic Cookbook which was recommended. Will have to adapt recipes to moderate fat. Are you in Ketosis on 20 carbs with moderate fat? Thanks for the support it has motivated me greatly.
