I do low carb, moderate fat, high protein. I find by increasing my protein and lowering my fat I get much less hungry. I eat primarily meat, fish and low carb veggies, no grains no starch, no sugar. I can't eat eggs or dairy so they're out too. I've been eating this way for a long time although it is only in the last 6 months that I lowered the amount of fat and increased the amount of protein. I track everything on cronometer which keeps me honest. I am 71 and take no prescription meds. This way of eating really works as long as you stay with it which gets easier the longer you eat this way.
