My guess is you have to use whole numbers, not half-inches.

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I've heard of it and I know it's a tracking program. It's just that I don't use it, so I'm not familiar with it's mechanics and what formatting it requires. That's why I wasn't 100% sure which option you needed to use or whether it required whole inches.
