I haven't been to this workout journal in so many years, it's embarrassing that I am still on this journey. Well I am so let me get over that first. Reading through this journal I struggled to workout. I am more in love with it now, I can only dream of being 195 and I will get there again, with hard work. I found this in my journal a Marine bootcamp workout, I think I will try it, definitely need to shake things up in my work out. Going to try to stay consistent and post daily
exercise goals!

GOAL: One rest day

Thursday: 2 mile run / 30 Leg curls back and front / 30 lunges / Back and back of arm exercises / 50 Sit Ups
Friday: Bench Press 2 Sets / 10 reps 37.50lbs / Military Press 2 sets/ 10 reps 30 lbs / Lateral Pull Downs 1 set / 10 reps 45 lbs/ 2 sets / 10 reps 60 lbs / back and back of arm exercise 2 sets / 10 reps 40 lbs / Curls 2 sets / 10 reps 30 lbs / Leg Press 5 sets / 10 reps 87.5 lbs / leg curls back and front 2 sets / 10 reps 75 lbs / Back row (bialgular lat row) 20 reps / 37.50 lbs / 3 mile treadmill / 50 Sit ups
