Thank you Janet!!

It is refreshing to learn of viable options to cope with cancers.

One practitioner mentions that cancer cells are a regular occurance. Well, actually, this theory has popped up a few times. Which means we need to be constantly vigilant.

One doctor, new to me so name is elusive, has been credited with recommending a 7 day fast once a year. My first thought is : could it be so simple?? Then I laugh, because just managing one day of fasting is a struggle. But then sticking to 20 g per day is also a struggle!!!

Carbohydrates own me. Its a constant fight. While I have stepped up the fight, Im loosing the war.

No wonder pills are the "solution" to most issues, but not the cure except for a few situations like antibiotics. So far no pills have fixed what is a food issue.

I can imagine a one week vacation at a resort where everyone is fasting for the week. Without the cost of food, I imagine it an affordable week. Just the cost of drinks like tea, coffee, soda, and broth.

Ahhhh, one can dream.
