You are so right Meme, I found I cannot eat blue cheeses and VERY aged cheddars-- my knuckles blow up with inflammation and pain. Learned that here on this forum!!!!!!! ( Mild cheeses like mozarella, or ricotta are fine for me)

This forum has been a God-send. Lots of friendlies, and solid information.
