Piggybacking on JEYs comment.....I found challenges helpful to keep eating LC a high priority. I like the 90 day change your habit challenge where YOU pick the challenge and over 90 days make it a new habit. Sure helped me get in control of my pizza binging. Also the 5 pound challenge can get your spirits reved up.

Simple meals
B. Eggs and cheese omlet. Or fill with sauted vegies or sausage.
L. Or D. Broiled meat and salad. Use Italian dressing as a sauce for chicken. Or a tablespoon of A1 for a burger or steak.

I find the boxed organic mixed greens make two small salads a day easier.

And premade LC dressings, mayo, mustard, worchestershire sauce simple basics to liven up meats.

Remember your salt. Lo salt is my go to. Sodium and potassium in one shake.
