I was thinking the same as meme, cooking the foods is like starting the digestion process and making it easier on the GI .

For many people these foods can be a problem. beans, legumes, seeds,dairy, tomaro and pepper family.

despite the elimination of many foods, the list of what you can eat is still more than one.lol

also, it may sound silly, I chew my food MUCH longer. My jaw hurt when I started this. It was to extend my eating time, make me feel fuller and increase function of jaws and teeth (make stronger). The longer chewing mixes more saliva and the partcle size gets much smaller . Stewing breaks the particles down more so gican work.

also , i swig acv with meals. to increase stomache acid. and i dont drink more than a few sips with meals. save the big drink for later.
