Just a note on some things I do or like.

I buy several Kerry Gold butters at a time, as well as large cheeses and put them in the freezer. They freeze beautifully. You can cut up the cheese and rewrap it first. I always put the butter or cheese in freezer bags for extra protection. You can also buy freezer bags on sale frequently at Costco.

I often freeze these for long periods of time. Thaw in refrigerator. After being frozen, most cheeses will be more crumbly when being sliced or shredded so keep that in mind.

I don't like the taste of some grass-fed ground beef, but I love the ground bison.
