Without messing with your recipe too much, you might also try adding one or more of the steak seasonings in the dressing as a variation in place of plain black pepper. The ones with big granules of garlic, onion, pepper, lemon etc work well. I also chopped up a burger patty for "BLT Burger salad" and added grilled turkey for a "Club Sandwich salad" |
