Agree! if not going to truly fast, a nice dollop of HWC or a bit of butter in one's morning coffee would be a better choice.
Or, if you HAVE to have food in the a.m. and want something quick and easy, keep hard boiled eggs on hand in the fridge. In depth nutritional comparison of eggs versus apples.
