Thank you Blue Ruby. I do see the long view. I have stopped looking at this as a short time fix. This way of eating really just has become my life. Yes, I do cave in at times, but I've stopped beating myself up about it. My progress has been slow and I mean very slow, but it is progress all the same and it has stopped becoming a race for me.
