Hi T, and welcome to the forum.

It's been a long time since I've bothered to look for any soft drinks in Coles or Woolies (or Aldi or anywhere else for that matter), but Golden Circle used to make soft drinks sweetened with Splenda (sucralose), so probably/possibly still do. Might be worth a look see.

If you just want a mixer, there's always plain old soda water.
