Ok I called the phone number for Relacore and asked why it says not intended for use of age 40 and under and was told that a while back young people mostly teenagers where abusing the natural hormone DHEA which Relacore has because it gives you lots of energy. She said it's perfectly safe to take if under the age of 40 that alot of their customers are all under 40.
