I know sometimes people say this is easy, but what I think they really mean is "easy compared to being hungry all the time on low calorie/low fat."
The beginning when you're trying to get fat-adapted and switched over from being a carb burner can be especially hard. Later social pressures or the sheer convenience of carb food can make staying low carb tricky. So, don't beat yourself up about it. If one day isn't a success, then just commit to yourself to keep going the next day!
