i put this through fitday and this is what i got
3 eggs - separated (reserve 1/2 egg yolk for filling) 3 eggs/extra large - 2
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar (stiffens the egg whites) - 0
1/4 cup splenda - or your choice - 6 if using splenda pourable or packets
1 teaspoon cinnamon - 2
3 tablespoons ricotta cheese - or 1/4 cup - 3
Filling:
4 ounces cream cheese (125 g) - 4
1/2 egg yolk - reserved from pastry - included in above egg calculation
1/4 cup splenda - 6
1/4 teaspoon vanilla - should be zero
for a total of 23 carbs for the entire recipe or
six servings at 3.8333 per serving
