I've got a batch of the Nutty Fudge Bars chilling in the fridge right now, and I think the recipe must be a little off when it comes to the butter. I used 1 stick (1/2 c) of butter, melted, just as called for in the recipe. As I kneaded the dough, I probably squeezed out 3-4 tbsp of melted butter -- there was way, way too much of it for the amount of protein powder used. Even so, I still had to blot pools of grease off the top of the mixture as I pressed it into the pan! Next time I make these, I'm going to use half a stick, or 1/4 c butter, and add in a little Davinci syrup if it's too stiff.

On the plus side, kneading the dough did make my hands wonderfully soft, because of all the fat!
