I had to get tested after coming down with an allergy based auto-immune disease. I had blood (not the one you had), skin prick and patch testing.

I went to a second allergist for further testing because I thought the first allergist wasn't being thorough enough. I lost confidence in the skin prick testing because the results were different from one office to the next. The blood test wasn't consistent with the skin prick testing either and patch testing showed nothing.

I'm not sure what to tell you. It's your call. If you aren't ready then you don't have to know right now, or take it with a grain of salt, or keep a food diary and go by how you feel (it's possible to have delayed reactions though). If you decide to look at the results maybe try some eliminations but not all of them at once. It can be overwhelming.
