This thing whoops my butt!!!!!!!!!
I had to start with just short spurts and then moved up to 3 mins of rowing 3 mins of elliptical non stop ten time each lol i will move on from there.The rowing makes my quads burrrrrrrrrrrrrrrnnnnnnnn
