I know, I have had trouble getting up out of my computer chair, or the couch. Have had to lean heavily on the arms of the chair, so I tried it again today and I CAN actually get up without leaning on the arms or else pushing down on my knees IF I LEAN WAY WAY forward and swing my arms as I get up!

I'd love to be able to someday sit on the floor and be able to get up easily, but that has to do with overall health and age etc. too......
