OK, I really need to get back on track.
My goals:
1) Figure out a plan I can live with that will gradually get me to my ideal size.
2) Eat 'normal' amounts of 'normal' foods, and feel 'normal' about food
3) Eliminate cravings which lead to overeating the wrong things.
4) Exercise to keep up strength, endurance, attitude.
November challenge to get me to my goals:
1) Follow CALP to the letter (except occasional unbalanced RM)
2) Log everything I eat, good or bad, and attempt to identify patterns & problem areas.
3) Exercise at least 3 times per week.
4) Restaurant meals no more than 3 times per week.
