Have you looked at Body For Life? That would seem to be a good match for your goals. It's not low-carb, but is reasonably low-carb adjacent, particularly if you take into account the added exercise involved. I'm speculating a bit here, but I think you could adapt it's eating plan to be reasonably compatible with CALP (or most other low-carb plans, including Atkins, that allow for additional carbs in conjunction with additional activity levels).
