I used to teach, and although it's not the current focus of my current job, I do offer group training sessions for my wider team on a fortnightly basis so I still do a little of it now and then.

Stress isn't exclusive to teaching though. In my current line of work I'm often the one that people will personally ask for to get something done, so I'm often having to deal with competing demands for my time. Oddly enough, being too busy all the time actually means that for me, I don't really have time to think about food so stress doesn't really affect me that way. I'll tend to communicate my workload concerns to my superiors instead, and if I feel like those concerns aren't being suitably addressed, then I'll just start taking the odd sick day and unplug/recharge for a while.
