Update to this... It depends on the priobitic strength. When I used 1 tsp per full fat can of thai kitchen coconut milk. It came out slightly thicker than sour cream... Thickeness Inbetween cream cheese and sour cream.

I left it for 48 hours...in a dark cabinet...

Turned out real good...
