Are you allowed to use salt and pepper on this lifestyle? I've been low carb for a while, but I am getting older and it's starting to be less entertaining to do complex calculations on what my "net" consumption is for a given macronutrient. I just want a simple lifestyle that I can maintain without a lot of fuss.
So I'm going through my "kitchen" (which is basically a crate with my hot plate and some spices) to see what I can keep and what is getting donated to my sister
