SimplyMe! you have really motivated me, I ordered the book (program) and the Low Carb cook book yesterday. I'm going to start right away. I don't find out til next week some time if I am diabetic but need to eat this way anyway because I KNOW I"m carb addicted. I hope to do really well so my insulin resistant daughter will join me.
