Day 3 and a slightly new direction
Still learning my way around these boards. I'm learning the ins and outs of a "lifestyle" as opposed to a "diet". These tips are invaluable.
Somewhere here, and I can't find it again, there was a post about self image. Just because we're not 30 or 40 doesn't mean we don't want to present ourselves to the world as healthy senior citizens. How fortunate for us there are so many opportunities to accomplish that, if we're willing to do the leg work.
Having said that, I've realized I didn't do the best job of staying LC this weekend, possibly too many options to start with..so I looked up Atkins 72 and today is my first day of doing '72. Seems like a straight forward simple enough way to get my body into fat burning mode.
