Another Thanksgiving with friends, family. Another (thankfully) low carb meal. Others were unbuttoning their pants. I helped wash dishes. Others went to sleep because they were so hung over from the binge. I engaged in conversation and catching up on the lives of those I don't see very often. Then I came home and went for a walk on which I saw a red shouldered hawk. Altogether, I had a good Thanksgiving.
