Scrambled egg, chicken, boiled egg, chicken, can of tuna, boiled eggs. Groan.

I know that I for one certainly can't include cottage cheese if I want to lose anything so I am going to assume yog would be the same, though I must say I am quite partial to Fage Total 0% Greek yogurt which is the only true Greek yog you can get in the UK I believe. It's high protein and v low carb and also v expensive at about £3.40 a tub.
