I have a suggestion...
As we head towards Jan 1 and a flood of newbies, maybe we could add a stickie on the “newbie’s question” board that says something like: how to use the search function.

There is so much good info on the boards and discussions from years past and it took me weeks to figure out I had to use the advanced search. Maybe it’s just me ... but perhaps it would help folks instead of having to share that with them individually?

If I’ve missed it somewhere, sorry.
