OK, this is a new thread for me as I didn't even realize this part of the site was here. But this will be good motivation for me to keep up this walking I have been doing lately, as I have somewhere to go to pat myself on the back!!

Last night, walked the 1 1/2 mile "pool loop" near my house. Walked with a friend who doesn't walk quite as fast as me. But by her going with me made sure that I went, instead of giving in to the sofa which was calling my name!
