It IS interesting. I think I read something years ago about your metabolism being revved up for longer after HIIT than after a regular aerobic workout. Sounds like a good alternative for people with super busy schedules.
I personally prefer a regular aerobic workout. I think it's better for building muscle and getting the good psychological effects.
