My husband is from Dublin and we are going to see his mum and family in April for a week.

Just curious - what to you guys eat when you're on Atkins? I don't like his breakfast "fry ups" with blood sausage and other things that smell funny to me, but look low carb.

Last time we were in Ireland, the only thing I liked were digestables, oatmeal, and brown bread. Your junk food is great too - Kimberly's I think? Yummy.

Any suggestions on how to stay on Atkins while I'm there would be helpful.
