I `m from CORK and delighted to see Irish eating andDRINKING habits being discussed as eminen says ifwe are being discussed does that mean we are disgustinghaw haw !!
Anyway I lost 2stone on the atkins diet whatIwould like to know how other people motivate themselves again ,especialy
as people cn`t wait to tell you how bad it is for you morning noon and night
at work I had people accusing me of starving myself
etcetc
even my 8 yr old daughter has lost weight because i drastically cut down on the amount of bread she was eating it certaily is delighted and she`s not ona confidence killing diet BIG secert she dosent know i just give her more fruit veg +of course protein
but peop[le can really bring you down any ideas tojazz up meal times would help see ya
