I just joined this forum today so a little green(!), no pun - being from Ireland!!
Started the Dr. Stillman Quick Weight Loss Diet last Thursday, 4th Dec. and am doing grand so far! Down 5lbs as of this morning ..
Just wondering if anyone else out there has tried this diet? Pretty severe, but definitely gets results ..
