I am just wondering if it is a combo of fat and high carbs that cause the gain back? It seems if I have bits of good fat along with not too many carbs it is okay? But then I have been told you should never get up to 200 carbs a day. Who knows lol. I guess I will just trial and error and if I have more than a couple pound gain, I will rework.

Congrats on making your goal!
Did you know that there is a maintenance section of this site?
There are many of us who will be happy to answer your questions.
In my experience, high fat coupled with 200 grams of carbs a day will cause gain. While I don't count carbs, I doubt that I eat 200 grams a day, more like 80-125.

Did you know that we have a maintenance weekly weighin...and you are invited to join us!

I've been maintaning my loss since 12/2005, so going on 7 yrs.
