The challenge: Aug 15 to Nov 13 - Lose weight each month via TRE, IFs, high protein, VLC, portion control, more activity, and avoiding problem LC foods. UPDATE: Started Data Driven Fasting course on 8/27. Started tracking active days on Sept 1 - counting days with 10K plus steps or 2+ miles of walking.

Weight loss 1st 30 days: 1
Weight loss 2nd 30 days: 3
OMAD Count: 8

Eating to plan: 33 - DDF Challenge is over. Good ideas. I'll keep it up after my vacation. Until then I'll stick to one or two LC meals per day.
