I like to by a whole pork tender loin filet from morrisons. just for around £3.50 for the lot and it lasts you for few days 2-3.
I just cut few slices and hammer it, season it a bit and fry it firs both sides almost in a dry pan and in the end add butter and lastly cream..mmm mmm mmm
