Hello Plankers!

Over the last few days my elbow tendonitis has been acting up so I need to let them rest until the swelling goes down.

This will be my last post in this thread as well but I promise to continue with my at-home strength training to the best of my ability. After all, it's all about doing better than we did before, right?

I did my workout except for my planks and push ups today and will see how the arms feel tomorrow.

Keep on keeping on and we will all be the better for it.
