Yeah, I will definitely be saving up as much protein as I can for the main meal. That's why I'm hoping people might have some useful HIGH fat, medium carb and LOW protein eating tips to help come up with ideas on what to eat the rest of the day.

In my previous LC life I might have just IFed until dinner time as I had so little hunger it was easy to go an entire day without food. But not so on this plan. I'm not *starving* like I was the first week - but my appestat certainly does start tooting at me to be noticed every few hours.

Maybe I'll "treat" myself to a can of macadamia nuts to eat throughout the day. Unfortunately they are so good I just can't seem to spread them out all day. Once the can is opened they are soon gone!
