I don't need any scientists telling me it isn't happening. The only thing in some doubt is the cause. In that we all have a right to believe who we want to, just like we believe which nutritionists we want to believe.

But when you get down to it, grazing on grasslands will produce more nutrition per dollar than trying to turn the grasslands into croplands.

Throughout earth's history (before and during human history), there has been climate change. That's never been in doubt. What is not settled are the causes. Epidemiological (first-hand experience) data can only show association, not causation.
