I'd suggest looking up the name Dr Chris Knobbe, based in Boulder, Colorado. He was one of the speakers I met at Low Carb Denver this year, and while the subject of his talk on stage was the dangers of o6 PUFAs, he's also quite the expert on age-related macular degeneration, which was of interest to me personally as my grandmother suffered from AMD for many years. Really nice guy, genuinely passionate about his work.
