A happy and healthy New Year to anyone dropping by.
I've been off the cardio, and wolfing down holiday junk food for a bit over three weeks. The jeans are feeling a bit tight - never a good thing for an old dude.
Two days ago, I went ultra low-carb. I've shed about 5 lbs of water. Down from 208 lbs to 203. The upper thighs are still rubbing together though, which is *most* annoying.
Tackled the two flights of stairs tonight. Instead of the usual 50 trips, I stopped at 30 - which still felt like 50.
16:12 and 162 BPM. All these numbers can be improved on.
