Of course it's reversible... it just takes a lot longer to take off than it did to go on.
Jenny Ruhl of Blood Sugar 101 fame has a new LC diet calculator to figure out what percentage of carbs, protein and fat you should eat and how many calories. I tried it out a couple of weeks ago and it was eye-opening... I now use her ranges for my age, height etc as my upper limit as I'm on JUDDD.
